REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

The FOOTJERSEY STORE guarantees the buyer the right to exchange or return product(s) under the following conditions:

    1. Contact with the store to request an exchange or return must be made within 30 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, which regulates distance and off-premises contracts.
    2. The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, damage, and/or broken tags.
    3. If the product received is different from the one selected at the time of purchase.
    4. If the product has any manufacturing defects that affect its functionality.
    5. If the personalized product presents errors or defects related to the requested personalization.

      Important Information

      PLEASE NOTE:

      1. We do not accept exchanges or returns after the 30-day period, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
      2. We do not accept exchanges or returns of product(s) with signs of use, damage, or broken tags, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
      3. We do not accept exchanges or returns if the product does not fit the desired size. Please refer to the Size Chart available on the product page to avoid any sizing issues.
      4. We do not accept exchanges or returns of personalized product(s) due to change of mind, as per applicable legislation.

      Shipping Costs: All shipping costs related to exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

      2. Your order number
      3. Reason for the exchange/return

      Once we receive your request, our team will contact you with the next steps for processing the exchange or return.
